Our apartments are located in a quiet street in St. Julian’s opposite the Hilton Business tower, it’ s public gardens, the Portomaso Marina & it’s restaurants.

Picturesque Spinola Bay, St. Georges bay beach & the Shingles Bay beach are only a 5 minute walk. Whereas the Sliema rocky beaches are only situated a 12 minute walk along the picturesque promenade.

Bus stops to both Sliema & Valletta or to the north of the island are situated less than 100 meters away.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs only a few Euro a day.

St. Julians is a brilliant area to live in as one can find all he needs within walking distance, be it luxurious hotels such as the Hilton, Westin Dragonara, Intercontinental, or the Le Meridien. The Arkadia Supermarket, The Portomaso Shopping Complex & Casino and the Diamonds International Lux Pavillion are also situated round the corner. Bay street shopping centre open from 10 till 10 is also a 5 minute walk along the promenade.

The Hilton Wellnes spa, the Dragonara fitness centre & the Challenger 24hr gym are all within walking distance and can be used by paying a daily membership. These include Sauna’s, Turkish & Steam Baths, Squash & Tennis courts, Spa & Wellness Centre, Outdoor & Indoor Swimming Pool and a Children’s Playground.

The Portomaso Casino is just round the corner, & The Dragonara Casino is only a 3 minute walk. Both offer a variety of slots and daily poker tournaments. Portomaso Casino also boosts special event International Poker Tournaments.

In St. Julians one can also find Malta’s leading Eden Cinema with 17 massive screens & the only professional bowling center the Eden Super Bowl.

Paceville Malta,s main Nightlife hub on the island including state of the art nightclubs, live music bars, pubs and restaurants ranging from local cuisine to Italian, Sicilian, Japanese, Thai, Mexican, Spanish, Thai, Chinese, or the simple  American food you will find it here. Most night places open till 4am and fast food outlets provide fuel to those on a bar or club crawl. On the other hand if its a chilled night you are looking for Paceville can provide this too with lots of the Seafront Chilled out Bars and lovely restaurants or top up the notch with some champagne at Malta’s highest bar in the sky Champagne bar 22 set on the top floor of Malta’s tallest business tower.
